DESCRIPTION

Internally chamfered creasing channels are specially prepared counterbands for processing corrugated cardboard. Internal chamfering, i.e. specially prepared small grooves, prevent destruction of the product. As a result, the fibres in the corrugated board do not break and the surface retains its structure. As a result, you can obtain corrugated board that has been properly shaped without fear of damage. The Ultracrease brand has prepared many sizes of internally bevelled creasing channels. For your convenience each of them has been marked with a specific colour, allowing you to easily find it and match it to a particular thickness of cardboard. All counterbands are made of high quality smooth polyester, which makes the alignment and placement of material in them very precise and guarantees high creasing quality. At the same time, the plastic is characterised by adequate durability and ensures a long service life of the product. Another facilitation is the use of a specially designed locator, which enables you to precisely position the counterbore in the desired position. This translates into accuracy of the final product. Also smooth, profiled channel arms serve to facilitate and speed up the work, preventing "shuffling". The last improvement is the tape securing the counterbands, which can be simply torn off.
